Short answers to the things people ask most. If yours isn’t here, get in touch.
What do I need?
- An iPhone. ALLUNGO can record runs on the phone alone.
- An Apple Watch is optional but recommended — it is where structured workouts and live guidance happen.
- Apple Health permission, if you want ALLUNGO to read your runs and recovery data.
ALLUNGO isn’t seeing my runs
ALLUNGO can only read what you have allowed. Open the Health app, go to Sharing, then Apps and Services, choose ALLUNGO, and check that the categories you expect are turned on. Permissions granted on the iPhone and on the Watch are separate, so it is worth checking both.
My session didn’t reach my Watch
Sessions transfer when both devices are unlocked and nearby, and the ALLUNGO Watch app is installed. If the button on Home says the Watch isn’t reachable, open the app on your wrist once and try again.
Why did my plan change?
Because something specific happened — most often that your fitness estimate moved, so the paces on your remaining sessions were retargeted. Every change is recorded with a reason, and you can undo one you disagree with. Completed sessions always keep the paces they were run at.
Can I move a session?
Yes. Move it to the day that suits your week, and ALLUNGO keeps your change rather than putting it back.
Is ALLUNGO medical advice?
No. ALLUNGO is a training tool. It does not diagnose anything, it cannot tell you whether you are injured, and it should not be used in place of advice from a qualified professional.
