Training carries risk

ALLUNGO produces running training plans. Running carries a risk of injury, and only you can judge whether a given session is appropriate for you on a given day. ALLUNGO is not a medical device, provides no medical advice, and makes no promise about race results, fitness gains or freedom from injury. Use your judgement, and seek qualified advice if you need it.

The app and this site are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
